Of course, here are some ideas that are familiar, but just start eating some moderate changes to healthier! Turkey, Chile, Tierra chicken and turkey burgers on whole wheat bread, the center court, pork chops, dusted with bread crumbs, Panko yogurt and then grilled. Lasagna Turkey, the use of low-fat cheese, cottage cheese, fresh tomatoes, spinach can layer if you any recipe, especially that calls for ground beef, ground chicken you can eat or use of Turkey, the little things can be equally important, the Buy low mayonnaise, cheese and milk, lose sauces mayonnaise salad (I do not know if this is the case) in all the salads, but attention to the sugar content in the emulsified dressing, small portions of meat and fish ... ..... Finally !!!!!! more fish baked, fried, grilled or fried, but please, breaded and fried. Turkey sausage, bell peppers and onions in a sandwich with whole grain bread, low fat cheese or a little less cheese. Anyway, with all that, here's a recipe that they love is to wish you a lot of fun too!
Slow Cooker Orange Chicken with potatoes
This recipe was tested in a pressure cooker for 6 quarters. Because different models cook at different speeds, the cooking time is hereinafter represented as a series. Make sure they are at the lower end of the scale (but not before cooking because the heat escape significantly slow the cooking). If the food is not done, cover and cook until the end of the proposed ranges of time. If you use a pressure cooker, 6 smaller rooms, cooking time may take an hour or longer, and the results may vary.
Ingredients
8 chicken thighs, skinned
Kosher salt and pepper
2 onions, quartered
1 pound small red potatoes
1 small pumpkin, peeled, cored and cut in 1 cm
12 garlic cloves, peeled
1 orange, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 cups low sodium chicken
1 tablespoon honey
8 sprigs thyme
Preparation
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 / 4 c. Tea pepper. In the bowl of a slow cooker, chicken, onions, potatoes, pumpkin, garlic, oranges, brotherFirst, honey and thyme. Set Slow Cooker fall too high and cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked, hours over 2 1 / 2 to 3 Divide chicken mixture into individual bowls.
If you do not give a casserole dish: Preheat oven to 325 F. Follow the recipe above with a Dutch oven or large pot. Bake, covered, until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked, 2 1 / 2 to 3 hours.
Try some ideas and links in the answer he gave to a similar question some time ago:

PS: You do not need to know that one vegetable in some of the dishes when they are mixed or sprayed at a specific time or are simply cooked too long. It is also likely that you do not mind, vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, garlic, potatoes, beans, chilli, etc.
Good luck!
