The following links provide meaning.
In http://www.noahide.com/prayer.htm, there is a universal prayer guide. Scroll for a list of suggestions for suitable prayers, psalms and blessings.

In searching through the Bible, there are some common elements in the prayers of the righteous leaders like Moses, Hanah (mother of Samuel the Prophet), King David, King Solomon, the prophet Daniel ....
Based on these examples, the Jewish prayers three elements, in this order: (1) praise (recognition of the size of the di-s, resulting, for example,Creating and thanked God for the blessings in our past), (2) Request (for our physical and spiritual needs, all to help us ask God to serve), and (3) Confession (confess our sins and mistakes and forgiveness to ask the DI-S). It is also helpful to ask, not only for individual needs but also the needs of the family, community, nation and even worldwide. All these factors make the prayer more effective. "

Try Psalm 37 and did not know there is a proverb for every day of the month in the book of Proverbs.

Last but not least - do not have to be Jewish to seek from God. If you really study and believe in God - then you can simply ask him to guide you during your exam. God can help you to everything you remember investigated.
