Of course it can happen. Even if you have an immune disease or who are sick, to be more children and the elderly seem particularly sensitive to heat. I have MS and heat tolerance is one of our biggest problems. Not once in motion, is to get too hot. Sitting or lying in the shade 70 degrees in one day ... I still have problems.
